These are the statement formats tested today. Check the account or card as well as the bank — different products can print different layouts.

Another product from the same bank may reuse a supported layout, but that is not assumed. Verify the output against your statement. DBS and POSB share tested layouts.
Before importing
Give Firelog a readable PDF.

Password-protected statements must be unlocked first. Save a copy that keeps the text selectable, then import it.

Keep all pages, including any printed balances or totals. Those are used for the checks available to that format.
When something doesn’t work

It may not be supported yet. If Firelog can read the PDF but cannot recognise the format, it explains the problem and may offer an optional report. Review what will be shared before deciding to send it.
The format is recognised, but the totals don’t match.
Firelog flags the mismatch instead of trusting the import. Check that you used the complete original digital statement. An optional parser report can help investigate the issue. Read what reporting shares.
Can I use a CSV or a screenshot instead?
Statement import uses supported PDFs. CSV is available as an export from Transactions, and screenshots are not a supported import format.
